Egypt, a country linking northeast Africa with the middle east, dates to the time of Pharaohs. Cairo is the most populated city in Egypt and it’s also the capital city. The official language of Egypt is Arabic, but some people also speak other language like French and English. The official name of Egypt is Junhuriyah Misr-Al- Arabiya meaning ”The Arab Republic Of Egypt” in Egypt. The Egyptians also refer to their country as Misr, which can be used as a substitute name for Cairo. Egypt has full of Pyramids.

The shape of the Egyptian Pyramids is said to have been inspired by the sun rays. According to the beliefs of the ancient Egyptians, the king’s soul ascended along the sun rays to the sun god. Egypt is largely covered by a desert. The ancient Egyptians mummified both beings animals as they believed it would allow the dead to pass safely into afterlife. Beside Cairo other major cities in Egypt are Alexandria and Giza. Egypt is known for their two major deserts, the Libyan and the Sahara desert. These deserts cover a significant part of the country’s land. The pyramid of Giza is among the seven wonders of both the ancient and the modern world.

Pyramids Of Giza- The three Pyramids, which house the towns of ancient Pharaohs, are one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. It is  located on the the Giza plateau, the Pyramids are the only wonder to have remained intact over thousands of years. The great pyramid , also known as the pyramid of Khuju. The limestone Sphinx structure is also part of the same complex.

2: ISLAMIC CAIRO

The Islamic Cairo district in the capital of Egypt filled with medieval mosques, monuments, madrassas and is one of the foremost Egypt tourist attractions. The Mosque-Madrassa of Sultan Hasan is an impressive example and visible reminder of the Islamic heritage of  this beautiful city.

3: ASWAN

ASWAN

This is one of the most relaxing Egypt holiday destinations in southern part. In ancient Egypt, it was called Swenette and housed the stone quarries that supplied material to build the famous pyramid. Aswan is now known for its breathtaking views of the deser dunes and the Nile river.
